The Compassion Workshop

The Compassion workshop aims to educate employees on the benefits of self-compassion and compassion  and helps them begin to develop a set of tools to integrate into work and personal life. This helps them master anxiety, boundaries, and relationships, and feel more control at work as we discuss the benefits of cultivating more compassion, joy, loving kindness and equanimity.

 

The Burnout Workshop

When unattended, burnout and job-related stress can lead to employee absenteeism, reduced productivity and creativity, and high turnover. This workshop provides wellness tools, psychoeducation on mental health, and supportive skills for your team, such as mindfulness and self-compassion, to mitigate burnout. 

 

Compassion + Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the art of cultivating the moment by moment awareness of our mind, body, and emotions.

​Our most frequently taught class by far, this curriculum is held over the course of 12 weeks for 30 minutes at a regularly scheduled time. Curriculum includes education and tools, and can be customized to the needs of your workplace.
