Lovewell offers classes and workshops to support your growth in community with other likeminded  couples and individuals. 

Lovewell coaches and clinicians have training and experience in providing both private group and corporate mindfulness classes. Previous class themes have included self-care, meditation, anxiety in the work place, and compassion for self and others.  Please ask about our experience and offerings. We are happy to design a customized class or curriculum for you or provide one of our own formats.

Book Club

If the Buddha Dated Book Club is an interactive discussion group and class focused on mindfulness and dating.  It is a therapeutic book club designed to support you in realizing your dating goals through setting intentions, and creating related weekly action steps.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the art of cultivating the moment by moment awareness of our mind, body, and emotions.

​This corporate class is a regularly occurring drop-in class on Fridays in Downtown SF at Octave SF from 12:45 - 1:15pm. CLASS PAUSED.
