Corporate Wellness Classes and Workshops

Lovewell coaches and clinicians are highly experienced facilitating workshops, classes, and coaching services in corporate environments. Private (1:1) as well as ongoing class, group, and workshop formats are available. Lovewell offers a customizable curriculum based on the needs of your company's unique workplace demands.

Previous workshop and class themes include burnout, self-care, anxiety in the workplace, creativity, focus, mindfulness, and compassion for self and others. 

 

What is unique about Lovewell's Approach?

At Lovewell, our coaches and clinicians have reputable credentialing in their field.  We have MFTs, PsyDs, and NBC-HWCs on our team, and your team will get the benefit of our team's collective experience. Our coaches have extensive training and certification in coaching, therapy, human psychology, and mindfulness.

Additionally, we always place an extra emphasis on compassion and relationships - to coworkers, to the workplace, and to community.  We have training in the research-backed Mindful Self-Compassion method and have found this emphasis on compassion and relationships to be beneficial to employees' sense of happiness and resilience in both the short-term and the longterm.

Lastly, our therapists have contributed to a mental health curriculum that is deeply rooted in mental health tools and concepts, and that addresses root causes of burnout, rather than just manages the symptoms. These root causes are best addressed in our ongoing class offerings rather than a single individual workshop.

The Compassion Workshop

The Compassion workshop aims to educate employees on the benefits of self-compassion and compassion  and helps them begin to develop a set of tools to integrate into work and personal life. This helps them master anxiety, boundaries, and relationships, and feel more control at work as we discuss the benefits of cultivating more compassion, joy, loving kindness and equanimity.

 

The Burnout Workshop

When unattended, burnout and job-related stress can lead to employee absenteeism, reduced productivity and creativity, and high turnover. This workshop provides wellness tools, psychoeducation on mental health, and supportive skills for your team, such as mindfulness and self-compassion, to mitigate burnout. 

 

Compassion + Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the art of cultivating the moment by moment awareness of our mind, body, and emotions, while compassion is kindness in the presence of suffering. When these skills are combined, relationships and self-esteem benefit.

​Our most frequently taught class, this 12 week, 30 minute/week curriculum includes education, skills, tools, and an experiential retreat.
