About Us
Lovewell exists because our hearts and bodies deserve rigorous attention.
We are a boutique therapy, coaching, and wellness practice rooted in the belief that love—real love, embodied love, the kind of love that transforms how you move through the world—is not just a feeling. It is a capacity. And like any capacity, it can be cultivated.
We specialize in working with sensitive, high-achieving people and those valiantly navigating complex health challenges who bring the same depth and commitment to their inner life that they bring to everything else. Whether navigating career growth and life balance, complex illness, healing from past patterns, balancing relationships, seeking clarity and personal fulfillment, or dealing with life transitions from pregnancy to marriage to death and divorce, we help you align with relationships and life you truly want.
Our approach is clinical and heart-centered, evidence-based and spiritually alive. We hold both because our clients require both.
Lovewell's mission is to empower individuals, create a greater sense of connection and community, destigmatize mental health, and provide an integrative, preventative, inclusive supportive, community-based approach to relationships, health, and wellness.
Founded in San Francisco and now rooted in Los Angeles, Lovewell has always been about one thing: helping people come home to love—in their relationships, their bodies, and themselves.
