My Why
Being a therapist is more than a career for me—it's a calling. I’ve always been deeply interested in what makes people feel heard, safe, and understood, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges. There's something incredibly powerful about helping someone find clarity in chaos, strength in vulnerability, and hope when things feel uncertain.
What I love most about this work is witnessing transformation—those quiet but profound moments when a person begins to trust themselves again, set boundaries that honor their needs, or take the first brave steps toward healing. Therapy isn’t about fixing people; it’s about creating a space where growth, self-compassion, and change are truly possible.
I believe everyone deserves to be seen without judgment and supported with care. That’s what I strive to offer in every session—because the therapeutic relationship itself can be a catalyst for real, lasting change.
You will find that I am direct yet compassionate, and honest yet non-judgmental. While each session is customized to your needs, you can expect a combination of relational, attachment, and systems-based theories along with practical behavioral techniques as needed. Sessions will typically include deep questions, honest reflections, mindfulness & self-compassion meditations, and tools, activities, and resources. Together we will build a personalized individual or couples toolkit with strategies and techniques which will support you as you continue to move through the world.

"Lindsay is compassionate, open and interactive. I have found that she can both listen and provide feedback in a way that allowed me to feel empowered even when I didn't have control. Really easy to talk to."
R.H.

"I used to meet with Lindsay regularly and am extremely thankful for being able to work through personal, business and family issues with her. Today, she is still available for those one off times when I need that outside voice to weigh in on life’s challenges. She is very intuitive and able to give the type of guidance I need no matter the situation. I am forever grateful to Lindsay for her kindness and compassion and for helping me become the person I am today."
