How does rose medicine work?
Plants have a spirit, or essence, that can transmit consciousness. They also have healing properties when ingested. In this journey, we will be learning about the practical, spiritual, and emotional essence of rose working with rose and developing a relationship over time to understand the energetic qualities.
Each woman go through a unique individual process with her, which Authentic Movement will allow a deeper exploration of.
This group provides:
- attuned guidance so you don’t overwhelm your system
- a relational container to process what comes up
- support in real time so you don’t get stuck or shut down
What you may begin to notice:
- less looping and overthinking
- more calm in your body without forcing it
- easier connection with others
- less reactivity or shutdown
- feeling more like yourself again
What this container is (and isn’t):
- This is a guided group coaching and calibration experience, not 1:1 therapy or coaching
- Support is available between sessions, from the group and individually via email for calibration
- This is not crisis care or an appropriate container for navigating acute or extremely challenging life transitions
